A Second Office, LLC provides bookkeeping and payroll services through the use of QuickBooks. We have QuickBooks Certified Users on staff.

Bookkeeper and Payroll Services
- Accounts Receivable. Coordinate deposits and payments into your bank account. We also work with PayPal receipts.
- Accounts Payable. Fax or email your bills to us and we will pay your bills online.
- Monthly reconciliation of Accounts.
- Invoicing. Do you have clients that owe you money? We can send out invoices via QuickBooks or PayPal and monitor incoming payments.
- Full Service Payroll. With a payroll subscription, we can handle all of your payroll needs, including, but not limited to: entering timesheets; processing payroll checks; payment of payroll taxes.
- Quarterly and Monthly reporting to government agencies. Preparation and filing of monthly withholding and federal deposits. Preparation and filing of quarterly unemployment and federal reports.
- Bookkeeping cleanup and maintenance of records. Have you been tracking your income and expenses on an Excel spreadsheet? Or, have you been keeping your receipts in a shoebox? We can consolidate your bank accounts, credit card statements, and loans into one system. We use QuickBooks, which is a recommended software program of most accountants.
- End of Year cleanup of records in preparation to be turned over to your Accountant. A cost-effective way of saving you from paying your accountant's fees to enter in your shoebox receipts.
A Second Office, LLC can also serve as the primary support and act as a liaison between the executive(s) and his/her clients. In some cases and within pre-agreed limits, we may act as the executive’s representative.
